If you want to go ahead go ahead and open up your copy of God's Word back to Exodus chapter 15 In verse 13 this will be our theme verse Tonight I'm really just going to introduce our Bible study and we hope to be in this chapter Shortly but the theme of our study will be Exodus redemption Deliverance and worship Exodus redemption delivers deliverance and worship We'll probably be here in this study for about seven weeks Seven different weeks and I'm excited about what the Lord has for us.
I'll begin with our theme verse Exodus 15 13 It's the theme of our study You have led your steadfast You have led in your steadfast love the people whom you have redeemed You have guided them by your strength to your holy abode if you have a another Interpretation of God's Word we will be looking at this through other Slides I'll read the King James shortly but I want to give you the message title and also the title of this series a Message title tonight is an introduction to Exodus our glorious redemption If you're taking notes you also will want to write down the Series title so the series title as we mentioned it is at the bottom left hand corner Exodus redemption deliverance and worship And I want to just say a couple things before we get started in order to really get the most out of the study I want to recommend some things to you.
I'm gonna recommend that you have a good study Bible Some of you have a study Bible But we want to get specific. I'm you I use the ESV English Standard Version study Bible It's edited by a guy named Wayne Grudem. It's very very very very good If all you had was an ESV study Bible say a John MacArthur study Bible is also really good I don't know if you get into the habit of this, but when you begin a new study Brother Chris, and I just want to recommend that if you could even get in the habit of reading Not just the commentary under the verses but the introduction if you open up a good study Bible you'll see maps You'll see background You'll see lots of things that a lot of times we just read past but in if we get into the discipline of really reading Our study Bibles, especially if they're edited by strong feet.
Yeah theologically Robust Individuals and scholars then we'll grow I was talking to brother Chris about how much I treasure this Bible here I got it about 12 years ago in the last 10 to 12 years I have writing on if most pages I have highlights on most pages and in terms of the Content underneath I've read most of it There's something to be honest. I make this habit of trying to read Through the Bible and just self-disclosure. I usually only get to Proverbs I've read through Exodus probably eight times and most of those times are simply me failing to read through the whole bottle and every Year, I just start again.
But one thing that when I get to numbers If you've ever found found it difficult to read some sections like numbers or Leviticus Or if you read the Christmas story and you want to read the beginning of Matthew and there's this long genealogy a lot of us just get into the habit of Skipping it you would be much better if you if you had a really strong study Bible and you read the commentary on those passages and you know, I've been so blessed by studying Leviticus and numbers and even Deuteronomy and studying the commentary and If times I read the text and I just don't really know Starting with this information can really help us.
So I want to make that plug if you don't have one I bought this for about 80 bucks nowadays You can get this is genuine leather nowadays You can get a kind of an imitation leather version for or a paperback for 35 40 40 bucks If you don't have an ESV study Bible or John MacArthur study Bible, I recommend it Also a good Bible dictionary if you don't have one and if you need some help Getting any of these just come see us because part of our job is to thoroughly equip you So I want to challenge you to consider reading through the book of Exodus this summer.
I Certainly would would like to recommend that you just begin reading in your Study Bible just read the background information. I can't be exhaustive Brother Chris goes verse by verse if we went verse by verse in Exodus, we'd be here for 10 15 years promise So I'm gonna give you six to seven sermons in addition to this introduction here and I'm thoroughly excited and my My idea here is to to really focus on three themes There's three themes and you look at different scholars and they they all say the same thing when you look at Exodus you see redemption deliverance and worship So tonight I just want to introduce you to these themes and how prominent they are So if we go back to our theme verse Thou in thy mercy has led forth the people which thou has redeemed This is the King James version thou has guided them in thy strength unto the holy habitation If we take this theme verse and we break it down.
I Want us to see four different things and this is just in our introduction four things About the book of Exodus from this verse We see worship Look at the verse thou in thy mercy I read from the ESV you have led in your steadfast Mercy So the first theme and introduction that we want to see is is worship In this verse Exodus 15 13 we see that The people of Israel the scene here is that God has just destroyed the Pharaoh's army in the Red Sea They're literally on the other side and they're singing this song of praise and the first thing that they say is They worship God for being merciful The second thing that I want us to see is redemption is in this theme verse Thou in your your mercy Has led forth a people which thou hast redeemed So God has redeemed his people, but we also see deliverance Who did God destroy in the Red Sea the captor we see great deliverance Here in this passage.
It says thou in my mercy has led forth the people Which thou hast redeemed in the ESV You have guided them by your steadfast Strength so we see deliverance and then we also see again worship So even in this first theme verse we see worship redemption deliverance and again worship at the second time We're worshiping God's power look it says You have guided them by your strength to your holy abode Now just the theme verse.
I just wanted to take that and sort of Pick that apart and sort of Break that down shortly, but I want to answer the biggest questions one thing that I've learned from brother Chris in the past 20 or so years that I've known him is that he always asks the question so what? Anytime you read a text anytime you study the Bible. It's good to ask yourself. So what what is? The point of this and I want to ask the broader question. So what does Exodus have to do with us in our church, and why are we going to spend? Six or seven weeks studying here well tonight.
I want us to see fourth basically three reasons three reasons that will Be answered in this question three Primary points of major truths of why we're going to study Exodus Number one the first truth that I want you to see is knowing God First reason that we would study Exodus is to know God and there are some very specific things about this book that reveal God in a special way but I also want you to see tonight that We need to understand redemption by understanding God's redemption of Israel in the Old Testament We can see something very important about how God has redeemed us and then the third point We want to see Christ centered worship There is something very special about the worship that God institutes in the book of Exodus Now somebody here might be thinking this is an Old Testament book second book of the Bible How can worship in Exodus be Christ centered?
Well, you'll have to wait till the end of the message to see that but Christ is everywhere in this book That's one reason why I love the book so much is that in many ways it's pointing to Christ on every single page So let's look at our first major truth We need to know God truth number one One thing that you're gonna see in Exodus is that we have great theology there is great theology so the first sub point under this major truth of Knowing God is that we need to see the great theology in Exodus Want you to take for example the psalmist Psalms 66 verses 5 through 7 If you take a note you can write down Psalms 66 5 through 7.
This is the psalmist is actually Praising the Lord because of what he did in Exodus You can go back and study this if you want to turn there you can I Will read it and it basically will just simply highlight some things from Exodus that we're gonna see And we'll see great theology in this text Come and see what God has done.
He is awesome In his deeds toward the children of man, he turned the sea in the dry land They pass through the river on foot There did we rejoice in him who rules by his might forever Whose eyes keep watch on the nations Let not the rebellious exalt themselves So I want you to see that the theme of this song this is a song of worship as we've been learning as brother Chris has been in the book of Psalms and This song of worship has a theme and the theme is God's awesomeness Now that word awesome was overly used in the 90s and I think it is still probably Thin very thin from being worn out and when we say that God is awesome We probably don't cap capture the extent to what the psalmist means He's saying God you are awesome Why is God awesome this is what he says because of his deeds towards humanity because he turned the Red Sea in the dry land When we study Exodus and we see God splitting the Red Sea and leading his people through He Causes Pharaoh's chariots the wheels fall off Pharaoh's charioteers are in distress They can't go forward.
They can't go back The psalmist is recording this is history and he's saying this is not a historical fact. This is God's awesomeness So we have great theology As we study great scholars like AW pink and John MacArthur there's several doctrines Several characteristics of God that are on display in Exodus and I want us just to see a few So that you can see the great theology we have as we study over the next six or seven weeks. We're gonna see This is the God who controls history this is the God whose name Yahweh is Representative of his character.
This is the God who is holy Who moves before Moses and says holy holy holy is the Lord The great I am This is the God who remembers This is the God who acts in salvation Right. He is our Savior. He acts in salvation. This is the God who acts in judgment See judges Pharaoh This is the God whose anger may be averted This is the God who speaks This is the God who is transcendent meaning He transcends time. He is the same yesterday today and forever This is the God who lives among his people one thing that we're gonna look at and see We're gonna see the tabernacle.
There's a large tent God tells Moses how to build the tent when he is on Mount Sinai and one thing he says is that the tents gonna be in the middle of the encampment and he actually tells people where to live 35,000 members of the tribe of Judah they were to be on the north the north side the very top And we're gonna see that the tribe of the Levites were also supposed to be Surrounding this to what this means is God lived right in the middle of them It's gonna be important for us as a church Because we should come to church every Sunday expecting Jesus to be right in the middle of our worship We should expect Jesus to be right in the middle of our families right in the middle of our recreation Whether we're teaching the youth whether we're teaching Kids whether we're teaching grown-ups God is the God who lives among his people But I want to give you some scripture I want to give you some things to go back in the study this week I'm gonna list some Attributes of God that are seen in Exodus and I want you to go back and maybe study ahead So you already have a couple of points of homework You can read a little in your study Bible about the book of Exodus But also I want you to study these attributes of God as they are found throughout scripture Especially especially where they are found in the book of Exodus These are some of the characteristics of God in Exodus we see that God is accessible in Exodus 24 verse 2 He is accessible means he can be known God is glorious in Exodus 15 verse 1 We see that God is good in Exodus 34 6 We see that God is gracious in Exodus 34 6 You see that God is holy in Exodus 15 11 We see that God is long suffering again in Exodus 34 6 We see that God is merciful That's why we sang his mercy is more God is merciful Exodus 34 6 and 7 God is all-powerful in Exodus 6 3 God is true in Exodus 34 6 God is unequaled Exodus 9 14 God is wise in Exodus 3 7 And God is wrathful He's filled with with holy wrath or that's anger towards sin Exodus 7 20 If you needed any of these and you miss any of these I'll be glad to pass them along as well as some other texts But we can see that we need to know God and Exodus will help us know God as we learn about him as we learn about his attributes and when you pray you can praise God and thank him for these characteristics as You go to Exodus and you read about his omniscience is all-knowing if you read about his Providence and his greatness his sovereignty you read about his merciful Nature you can praise him for those things you can thank him for those things and you can meet him in those attributes So we need to know God, but we also see that God is not only Great in theology in the book of Exodus But we also see great Christology in the book of Exodus So under the this first major truth we see we can know God not just because of this book's theology because it's Christology Now I need to cover this in our first Sermon here in this book because if you don't understand that Jesus is present in the book of Exodus Then you miss the entire significance of the whole book So how can I how can we say that there is great?
Christology that's the our belief of Christ. How is how can we say there's great Christology in the book of Exodus? Well, you need to see that Moses Foreshadows Christ So just as Moses was an exiled prince Remember he grew up in Pharaoh's home He was exiled out of the King's palace We see Jesus Jesus was the son of the King and he was exiled in a sense to earth Just as Moses was Exiled in the desert for 40 years we see Jesus in the wilderness for 40 days in a time of fasting and this is Directly drawing our attention back to Exodus Just as Moses was humbled in the desert Jesus was humbled in the desert during a time of testing and trial Just as Moses is the mediator of this deliverance.
So Jesus is the mediator of our deliverance So when we see Moses we see everything that Moses did for Israel Christ does for us and It's beautiful You know if we wanted to make the case that Exodus is the greatest book in the Old Testament You could certainly make that argument In fact, this is what a WP says he says if we have to understand how important the Exodus was to the Hebrews to the Hebrews their deliverance out of Egyptian bondage was their most important national heritage and So as Christians we look back to a time when we were in bondage in our Egypt of sin If God's delivered you if you have a conversion testimony if you've been born again I want you to think back for a second about what Egypt looked like for you You know, what was your Egyptian language, what did you talk like when you lived in Egypt?
What did you watch in terms of television and media? How did you live for yourself? You know, we should see our deliverance and our salvation experience as Nothing Smaller or less than the Israelite deliverance through the Red Sea in fact when you see in Exodus chapter 14 and 15 the Israelites are walking through the Red Sea This is a picture of the New Testament Christian Going down into the grave with Christ He was there for three days and he was resurrected when the Israelites are baptized They are literally being baptized into the death of Christ.
That is the picture We know that Jesus is our Passover lamb we know Jesus is That's the perfect sacrifice of the Father and the more we understand Exodus the more we understand our salvation and our redemption in Christ There's a Famous theologians have said this in fact, brother Chris has told me that he went to seminary and heard his Old Testament professor say this don't look for Jesus under every rock in the Old Testament I've heard him.
Tell me that story a hundreds of times But I want you to see that Jesus isn't hiding under every rock in the Old Testament Jesus is the rock of the Old Testament When you read the Old Testament, you should see Christ because he's there on every page And that's why I sang glorious Christ Right the molecules and the planets Were spoken into existence by the Word of God. That's Jesus But this is not just brother Keith saying this.
I want you to look at what Paul says in 1st Corinthians 10 for 1st Corinthians 10 for Paul knows that Jesus existed in the Old Testament and he's there in the Old Testament look at what Paul says and All drank the spiritual drink. He's talking about the Hebrews in the Exodus For they drank from the spiritual rock that followed them and The rock was Christ one thing that we're gonna study is as you read through Exodus as I challenge you and you read through Exodus In your own you will see the Israelites needed water They were thirsty They had gone out through the Red Sea They were in the desert Scripture tells us the desert that they went through it was actually a place where no one could even travel It was so barren.
No one could even live there and they grumbled To God now the fact that they were thirsty wasn't the sin There really even wasn't a problem and then praying and asking God for water they grumbled and God in his mercy Gave them a rock that when Moses struck this rock water came forth from the rock and it Sustained them and for 40 years this rock followed them.
You may not realize this There was a rock Every day would wake up the rock was there if the pillar of fire moved or the cloud moved the Encampment would actually pack everything up and they would move and they may go Five ten miles into the desert and they would camp again and when they woke up in the morning. Guess what that rock had followed them And Paul here tells us in the New Testament that rock is Jesus Now think about that It's not saying that That rock was representative of Jesus That rock was Jesus So we don't just look for Jesus under every rock in the Old Testament We know that Jesus is the rock of the Old Testament.
What about the him rock of ages? Cleft from me Let me hide myself in thee. I Promise you I will I will sing that in the next seven weeks Because what we learned about that is that that Place in the rock that cleft in the rock Moses hid himself Scripture tells us that rock was Christ and these are illustrations that not that that Your pastors and theologians have said Paul says it it's Scripture So the number one reason why we should study this book We should know God we find great theology in this book and we have great Christ ology in this book But the second reason why we should study this book is that we need to understand redemption So we need to understand God's redemption To see Exodus as a picture of the gospel Will help us seek Truth as we read Exodus Look at what Jesus says in Luke chapter 24 verse 7 This is this is again, this is not brother Keith this is not what the lot theologians say This is what Christ himself says beginning with Moses and all the prophets Jesus explained to them can all things concerning himself in the scriptures So what this means is that after Jesus rose from the grave and he was meeting with his disciples I'm gonna take some liberties with the text.
It's almost like Jesus opens up the book of Exodus and He has his disciples there Doubting Thomas is there sees the nail prints and Jesus his hands and he reads Exodus and he says Thomas, you know that rock that was following the Hebrews. That was me You Know Bartholomew that rock that Moses hid himself in That was me Do you know the the lampstand the brazen altar each of those things Were me in fact Moses Moses was representative of me And that's why when we read Exodus my prayer is that you and I Together will start to read scripture in a new way.
We'll understand something more about how we find God and Even as what Jesus says we understand our redemption better in Exodus This is not just Christ this is Paul Jesus is referred to by Paul in 1st Corinthians 5 7 Passover lamb One thing that we will pull out this summer will study the Passover You guys undoubtedly have read this, you know, the Passover was the last of the ten plagues and Each of these plagues corresponded to a pagan deity so the Israelites would have known that Pharaoh and the the pagan culture in Egypt Worshipped a god of frogs.
So there was a plague of frogs They worshiped a god a false god deity for flies Right and so God had a plague of flies There was a fertility God of the Nile River So one of the plagues the river was turned to blood. This is God judging those gods God communicating that he's greater than those gods and the last plague Was of the firstborn Their hearts were hardened.
They were told if you want To survive the last plague you need the blood of a Passover lamb this lamb needed to be spotless unblemished the firstborn God gave Moses specific instructions On how to slaughter this lamb not a bone was to be broken the blood was to be poured out into a basin and it was to be smeared across the door post and This summer I pray we will read that in a different light because Jesus is the Passover lamb and his blood was smeared across the cross of Calvary and This can mean something different to us than what it meant to those now They loved the Passover lamb because it was a symbol of their deliverance and we're the same way We read Exodus and we see the Passover lamb and we see our blessed Jesus Who took us out of the bondage of our sin? it just so happens that my Egyptian slavery Was a southern Baptist type of religion that exalted myself above Christ I Thought that because I started a Bible Club in my high school I thought that because I could lead a group of students in worship or because I taught the Bible or Or because I went on mission trips as a summer missionary as a high schooler.
I Thought that this meant something God showed me that my Egyptian bondage was one of religion and when I read the Passover lamb I see that the Lord Jesus was the perfect lamb the spotless unblemished lamb And so by reading and studying this book I Challenge you to pray that you would ask the Lord to show you Redemption in a new light Like Israel we are saved Not just from something But we are delivered to something So like Egypt we are not just slave saved from something we are delivered to something so we can understand our redemption better because the Israelites were not just delivered from Pharaoh God did not just save them from slavery slavery.
He delivered them to something they were heading to the promised land and today Church you're not just saved from sin, but you're saved to a holy life You're saved to Christ lightness Like Israel we are saved by the blood of the lamb we are saved now and we are sojourners Like Egypt we are a holy priesthood and We seek to glorify God in word indeed until we reach our promised land for us our promised land is heaven our promised land our Canaan is The finish line when we run our race So the first major truth We read this book and study this this summer so we know God We read this book this summer so we can understand our redemption The final major truth I hope that we understand worship We read Exodus and we study Exodus this summer so that we understand worship Theologians agree that the theme of this great book is worship Because what does God do as soon as Moses delivers the people through the Red Sea?
He brings them in route to Mount Sinai where Moses goes for 40 days and what does he give Moses? He gives them the Ten Commandments Now unfortunately the Israelites break every Ten Commandment before Moses gets down Moses gets down there's sin there's judgment so he takes the Ten Commandments and he throws them down God never Punishes Moses for breaking the Ten Commandments because that was symbolic that the people broke them Okay, so the people broke every of those Ten Commandments, so what does God do God brings him back for another 40 days?
If you think fasting is difficult Moses fasted for 80 days 40 days and getting the Ten Commandments the first time and Then the second time this is God's great mercy. This is God's great grace Moses intercedes for the people and he's arguing with the Lord. Please show mercy in fact God says you know what Moses I Promised Abraham that I make him in a great nation And I'm fed up with these people Scripture even says that God Repented of creating them he was so sorry and broken-hearted because they had sinned so badly it broke his heart And he looks at Moses and he says Moses.
I guess what I guess what this is what I'm gonna do I'm gonna destroy all of Israel and I will make a great nation out of you This is why I love Moses and why he is so Much a picture of Christ because this is what he says no you would not get great glory out of that He intercedes now that would have been really good for Moses He had been Abraham 2.0. He would have been the father of a great nation And he turned it down because he said no Lord. I want you to get more glory again. That's a picture of Christ Who turns away great honor and an adoration?
Christ turns aside all those things so that the father would be glorified But in the second round on Mount Sinai What does God give the Moses he tells? Moses How to construct a tabernacle? The tabernacle was a large tent it would have looked like a rectangle Very very large rectangle it would have been between 10 15 feet high Scripture tells us that the poles were made out of acacia wood and It's largely many people suggest that Christ Was crucified on that same type of wood Now John MacArthur cautions us against reading into things too much But the point that we should see is that the tabernacle was located right in the middle of the encampment Every time the cloud was to pick up and move for the pillar of fire moved the Levites were to tear down the tabernacle to move it to the new location and they were to Set up their their tents and their homes In the same relationship to the tabernacle So if you're the tribe of Judah you were gonna set up in the same place If you're the tribe of Asher you're gonna set up in the same place And the reason why this is important is because worship was at the very middle of the Hebrew life Now if you're a casual reader of Exodus and you read Exodus and you you're like I don't get it What is the point?
Why does God spend so much time? Telling us about You know brazen altar about how to sacrifice bulls and lambs Because we learned in the New Testament that Jesus is our sacrificial life. So does that mean Exodus is relevant? No Because when you read all of those things you see how important worship is Want you to see that two reasons why we can learn about worship In Exodus The first is the institution of the priesthood The institution of the priesthood The Levites were the priestly tribe and this is important to us because we will see that this is Filled with gospel implications Now brother Chris and I are not Levites But we are a picture of the Levitical priesthood Now scripture says we believe as Protestants we believe in the priesthood of the believer which means if you're born again You are a priest you have a direct line to God.
However in the New Testament church we see a structure that does not Directly mimic the Levitical priesthood, but it does in terms of typology. We'll get into that But when we look at the institution of the Levitical priesthood, I want you to write one word next to this church And understanding Christ centered worship Must be church focused We'll learn a lot about the church this summer as we study Exodus We also see the institution not just of a Levitical priesthood, but the institution of the tabernacle Listen to what AW pink says the tabernacle with its beautiful fittings and furnishings Show us the varied excellences and glories of Christ.
I'll read this again The tabernacle with its beautiful fittings and furnishings show us the varied excellencies and glories of Christ again another reason why I sang glorious Christ because if you were to walk into the tabernacle if you were to walk past the court of the Gentiles if you were to walk into closer to the Holy of Holies the Outer covering was a purple canvas and in the purple canvas of the wall of the tent This was embroidered with very fine angelic Features it was beautiful Now I think of of Angel, you know we came up here the other other day Brother Chris and I and They're getting ready for a wedding and believe that you're gonna do some flowers for the wedding That's a very very beautiful aspect of a wedding.
Look at our stained glass Windows, these are beautiful. And when you see them, they're communicating a message and In the tabernacle, this was the same way when you walked in every curtain Was very ornamentedly designed and I preached a message on this about worship Probably five or six years ago. No, I really can't remember but there was a guy named Bezalel I really hate to say that because I Fear I'm gonna say the name wrong, but this was the grandson of a guy named her and if you read the first five books of the Bible right the Pentateuch you'll read there's Joshua and Joshua went to a specific battle and They took Moses up on a mountain and they sat him on the rock Again, they sat him on Christ.
That's all figuratively they they sit Moses on a rock and he raises his staff in the air And every time his staff is raised Joshua and the Israelite army, they're victorious But every time he gets tired and he lowers his staff The Israelite army starts to lose So Aaron the chief priest holds up one arm and Another guy who holds up his other arm is a guy named Aaron Excuse me.
It's a guy named Her she had Aaron and you had her Aaron Moses his brother and her great as a picture of intercession Hers grandson was this artisan God scripture says God filled him with the Spirit of God So he's filled with the Spirit of God why he made the ark He fashioned it out of acacia wood. He covered it with gold.
It was beautiful He Fashioned the brazen altar It was a very very large wooden structure covered in coated in gold and the gold was ornamented and When you go in if you were to go into the tabernacle you would have seen a church is basically built and designed by God and you read Hebrews and that's what the writer of Hebrews says is That by faith Abraham and Moses these folks they saw these great furnishings the tabernacle and temple and they knew that the architect and the builder was God and The same is for us when we read the temple temple, that's why you need a really good study Bible if you look at mine in the book of Exodus and Leviticus Will actually learn something about the different types of offerings burnt offerings grain offerings but I could take you to mine and show you very ornamented beautiful pictures and These graphs kept capture some of the beauty of the tabernacle and If that's all we do We would be in sin if we just academically intellectually Understand how beautiful the tabernacle was we fall short The whole purpose of Exodus in fact the whole purpose of the tabernacle was so that we could see how excellent Christ is and especially Christ in the church So in conclusion, I want to wrap some things up here The last reason that we should really study this book is because of practical Christian living I say all that to say this if We really show up in into this study and we read Exodus and we get into a good study Bible And we study our notes and we pray over these things We will meet God we will understand our redemption will appreciate our redemption even more We'll see that God who is outside of time Was preparing the entire world for Christ And how did he do this He brings Moses to deliver his people out of slavery just as Christ would deliver us out of sin We are Gentiles This is not our Story if we are Old Testament But in the New Testament we can read Exodus in a way that the Hebrews Couldn't because they were not in the church age So we seek to apply the Exodus story historically theologically Christ illogically and practically I'll conclude with this quote by AW pink everything we see in Exodus is useful for our walk with Christ I'll say that again Everything we see in Exodus is useful for our walk with Christ One more scripture before we go 2nd Timothy 3 16 All scripture is breathed out by God and is profitable for teaching for reproof for correction for training and righteousness I See Alec back there and I think of our song Right we sing to our kids all Scripture is given by inspiration God for correction for instruction and Righteousness we're gonna get our children's songs back before too long but If you ever read an Old Testament book and you think that it's not for you Remember 2nd Timothy 3 16 it is very useful That tells us that Exodus is useful for instruction Exodus is useful for correction Exodus is useful for training in righteousness So please be in prayer for this study please be in prayer that we can study to show ourselves approved and that God will begin to form us in a very special way and I believe God will bless us all Russ I'm gonna ask it you close us in a word of prayer
